Your company's user name and password is included in the registration details when you receive your Microsoft Business Solutions software license.

What if I lose or forget my password?

If you forget your password, don't worry! You can find your password in the letter confirming your enrollment in the Enhancement Program.  You can also e-mail Inquiry@GreatPlains.com or call 800-456-0025.  Or just give us a call and we can help you on your way!
